Broor has over 20 years of investment banking experience working with fast-growing businesses and their founders. With a focus on growth funding, structured private placements and cross-border minority private equity transactions, he has advised on over $15 billion of private capital raised for companies such as Auto1, Deliveroo, InPost, Nothing Technology, Pension Insurance Corporation, Rocket Internet, Rohlik, Uber, Wolt and Yandex. Broor acts as a Senior Advisor to Arma Partners.

Previously, Broor was a Partner at Arma Partners where he led the Private Capital team. Prior to joining Arma Partners in 2019 he held multiple roles at J.P. Morgan and most recently led its private placements and growth capital business for EMEA clients.

Broor holds an LLM and an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Amsterdam. He also received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and London Business School through a joint degree program.
