Founder and Managing Partner of the firm. Paul has for over 30 years executed corporate finance transactions for established Technology companies and emerging leaders. With Arma, Paul has spearheaded the firm’s expansion from 4 people at inception to a $100m+ turnover business which is now leader in its market. He has also led a third of the firm’s c.250 announced transactions, with a focus on Software & Technology deals.

Paul trained as an M&A banker with Morgan Grenfell & Co. (now Deutsche Bank) and then held senior positions, including Head of Software & Services and Head of European Technology Investment Banking, for Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs.
