Andres has more than 17 years’ of investment banking experience. Previously a Managing Director at Jefferies in London, he headed up the European Communications Technology practice. Prior to that, Andres worked as a senior technology banker at Broadview in New York and before that at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in Los Angeles.

Andres has worked extensively in Europe, North America and Asia, completing numerous M&A and capital raising transactions with leading public and private technology companies. He began his career designing robotic systems for clients such as Intel, IBM and Medtronic.

Andres holds graduate and undergraduate engineering degrees from MIT and an MBA from Wharton Business School.
