Xavier is a Senior Advisor to Arma Partners and is the Co-Founder and Partner of Wizecap, a corporate finance advisory firm specialising in the European technology sector. Before founding Wizecap, Xavier was a Senior Managing Director at Arma Partners, where he led coverage of the Benelux region.

With more than 25 years of investment banking experience, Xavier built his sector expertise during senior roles at ING, where he served as Global Head of TMT Banking, as well as at Piper Jaffray and Oppenheimer & Co., where he was Head of European Technology Investment Banking. He also led the Benelux region for GCA Altium.

In addition to his current role, Xavier sits on the boards and strategy committees of several private technology companies.

Xavier holds an MSc in Business Engineering from KU Leuven Campus Brussels and an MBA from Vlerick Business School. He is also a European Certified Financial Analyst (EFFAS) and holds a certificate in Digital Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management.
