Joined Arma Partners in February 2016. Pratik has over 10 years of technology banking experience and has executed over $15 billion in technology transactions. Prior to co-founding Pillar Capital Advisors, an independent technology-focused M&A and capital raising advisory firm in January 2014, Pratik was a Managing Director at Gridley & Company, a digital media boutique advisory firm in New York, and prior to this was a Vice President in J.P. Morgan’s Technology Investment Banking Group, focused on enterprise software and technology-enabled services.

Pratik received a B.S. in Biochemistry and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and Northwestern University, respectively.
