Pratik has over 15 years of experience in technology banking and has executed more than $15 billion in technology transactions. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Arma Partners, bringing deep sector knowledge and extensive execution expertise.

Prior to this, Pratik served as a Managing Director at Arma Partners until 2025. Pratik was also a co-founder of Pillar Capital Advisors—an independent, technology-focused M&A and capital-raising advisory firm—he was a Managing Director at Gridley & Company, a digital media boutique advisory firm in New York. He began his career in J.P. Morgan’s Technology Investment Banking Group, concentrating on enterprise software and technology-enabled services.

Pratik holds a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and in Economics from Northwestern University.
