Simon has over 20 years of investment banking experience with a strong focus on advising high-growth internet businesses on M&A and recapitalisation transactions. He currently serves as Managing Partner at Raven Partners LLP and acts as a Senior Advisor to Arma Partners.

Previously, Simon was a Partner at Arma Partners, where he co-headed the Private Capital team until 2024. Before joining Arma Partners, he spent seven years as a Managing Director at Torch Partners, leading the corporate finance practice for high-growth internet companies. During this time, he advised many of Europe’s leading venture-backed internet businesses, including Just-Eat, Secret Escapes, Notonthehighstreet.com and DaWanda. Simon began his career at Hambrecht & Quist and was a member of the CSFB Technology Group. Simon holds a MEng in Metallurgy and the Science of Materials from the University of Oxford.
