Joined Arma Partners in 2016. Simon has 20 years of investment banking experience, with a strong focus on advising high-growth internet businesses on both M&A and recapitalisation transactions. Prior to joining Arma Partners, Simon was a Managing Director at Torch Partners, where he ran the corporate finance practice for high-growth Internet companies for seven years. During this time Simon advised many of Europe’s leading venture-backed Internet companies including Just-Eat, Secret Escapes, Notonthehighstreet.com and DaWanda.

Simon started his career at Hambrecht & Quist and later was a member of the CSFB Technology Group. He holds a M.Eng in Metallurgy and the Science of Materials from Oxford University.
