Joined Arma in 2021. Huw’s experience spans both senior advisory and C-level corporate roles in the technology ecosystem. Prior to Arma, he was Chief Strategy Officer at Everseen, a retail AI company. Previously, he spent 12 years at Torch Partners, a technology-focused corporate finance firm, where he led both M&A and capital raising transactions. Since starting his career at KPMG in London, Huw has worked on many completed deals, for a range of clients including Just Eat, Secret Escapes and Notonthehighstreet.com.

Huw holds a BA in Archaeology and Anthropology from the University of Oxford.
