Huw’s experience spans both senior advisory and C-level corporate roles across the technology ecosystem. He is currently a Partner at Raven Partners LLP and acts as a Senior Advisor to Arma Partners.

Previously, Huw served as a Managing Director at Arma Partners until 2023, where he advised on technology M&A and capital-raising mandates. Prior to Arma Partners, he was Chief Strategy Officer at Everseen, a retail AI company, which gave him hands-on operating experience within a high-growth technology environment. Earlier in his career, Huw spent 12 years at Torch Partners, a technology-focused corporate finance firm, where he led both M&A and capital-raising transactions for clients including Just Eat, Secret Escapes, and Notonthehighstreet.com.

Huw began his career at KPMG in London and holds a BA in Archaeology and Anthropology from the University of Oxford.
