Joined Arma Partners in 2022. Austin has advised on numerous M&A transactions, notably in the areas of software and technology. Prior to Arma, Austin worked at Q Advisors on their TMT investment banking team and in the technology practice at Deloitte Consulting.
Austin holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder in the United States.
