Joined Arma Partners in 2015. Claire is an experienced corporate lawyer, having spent over ten years at international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, in their London and Paris offices, and nearly three years at Barclays as a Director in the M&A Legal team. While working at Freshfields, Claire principally worked in the Private Equity Group, representing clients in both public and private mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A transactions.

Claire studied Law at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, before completing the LPC at The College of Law, York and undertaking her training contract at McGrigor Donald.
