Joined Arma Partners in 2021. Jack has advised on numerous M&A transactions, focused on software, data and cloud services. Prior to Arma, Jack worked in the valuations and transaction services teams at KPMG after having started his career at M&C Saatchi.
Jack holds a BA in Geography from Durham University and is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA).
