Joined Arma Partners in 2021. Bharathi has over 13 years of investment banking experience, having successfully advised on over 30 domestic and cross-border M&A transactions with a focus on software, SaaS, security and digital tech services. Previously worked at Robert W Baird, Stephens and Lincoln International in London. Prior to investment banking, he was a software engineer at NTT Data (Keane) in Sydney.

Bharathi holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai.
